    Great post Nishant. Although there are demerits to outsourcing , the merits far outweigh them. Choosing a trust outsourcer can help your company build a strong reputation for client service and will lead to success.

    Personally, I consider outsourcing call center service, or any service for that matter. While it is financially a better option, companies should rather train residents from their own country who are looking for a job. This helps in building the national economy and also gives a chance to help your fellow man.

    The main problem with outsourcing is that the agents sound nothing like US citizens. They might try to speak likes us but their forced accent betrays them nonetheless. This creates distrust with many clients who don’t think that some guy sitting half a world away can help them with their problems

    Very correctly said Nishant. Most of the outsourcing companies deal with multiple clients so we can’t expect their agents to be that knowledgeable or dedicated to a single client. At times, when they show this lack of dedication in front of the clients, the results are disastrous.
